The Ethnic Heritage Museum and Graham-Ginestra House host exhibits, special events, presentations, workshops, and collaborations showcasing the cultural history of South Rockford. The cultural museum boasts 6 unique Galleries, featuring the ethnic groups that built Rockford: African American, Hispanic, Irish, Italian, Lithuanian, and Polish, plus a 7th gallery highlighting additional ‘south Rockford’ history.
The historic Graham-Ginestra House, built in 1857, features Italianate and Greek Revival architecture and showcases the lives and legacies of the two families that lived there: the Grahams and the Ginestras.
