Professionally, I have 10 years of experience in graphic design, 6 of which as an in-house designer and 2 in an agency setting. I obtained a BFA in Visual Communications, a minor in Marketing, and a certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from Northern Illinois University. I have experience in for-profit and non-profit settings and currently work as the Marketing and Digital content specialist for United Way of Rock River Valley. In my own time, I love to create anything I can; relief printmaking (woodcut, linoleum block on paper and fabric), painting (acrylic, gouache, watercolor), and fiber arts (crochet, knitting, sewing, embroidery) being my main areas of interest. Whenever I can I try to create in the intersection of all three.
I am available for face painting events, and you may have seen me at the opening of the new library location! I am always open to projects and collaborations, even if it’s not something I’ve done before.
