State of the Arts Awards

The Rockford Area Arts Council held it's annual fundraiser on Wednesday, October 3 at Cliffbreakers which honored recipients of the Mayor's Arts Awards and celebrated achievements in the arts for the past year. Congratulations to all our recipients and thank you to all our event sponsors for supporting the arts for everyone.
