SEASONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Lead Arts Instructor, SPARK! in the Park (NCG)
Arts Instructors: Work with elementary-age children in the development of the basic skills associated with one of the arts: visual art, music, dance and movement, theatre, etc.
- Develop an engaging and developmentally appropriate arts curriculum for students that result in a culminating project or performance
- Create a positive learning environment to ensure all students can be successful
- Demonstrate respect to the youth in your attitude and behavior toward students and staff
Lead Artist Instructor, Washington Park Community Center (WPCC)
Arts Instructors: Work with elementary, middle, or high school-age students in the development of arts skills.
- Create a positive learning environment to ensure all students can be successful
- Create a safe environment: Establish rules and behavior expectations that protect children physically, emotionally, and mentally
- Demonstrate respect to the youth in your attitude and behavior toward students and staff
Summer Arts Internship
Positions are available for the summer of 2025. Interns will be selected from a submitted application with the following criteria:
● Demonstrate leadership skills through extracurricular activities
● Demonstrate interest in continuing their arts education
